Join Texts
The Join Letters function is a feature that allows you to concatenate text from multiple cells into one cell, using a specified delimiter.

Data
Target Data
Data Range: Identify the cells range where you want to apply the function.
Delimiter: Choose a character or string to separate the joined texts. This could be a comma, space, or any specific character you require.
Only Unique Values: Check this option if you want to eliminate duplicate values from the output. When selected, any repeated text within the specified range will be included only once in the final result.
How to Consolidate
Horizontal: Use this option to join text across columns within the selected row(s).
All into One: Select this to combine all text from the specified range into a single cell, using the chosen delimiter to separate each piece of text.
Fill empty cells with
Keep Empty: Leave cells that are empty as is, without adding any text.
Forward Fill: Copy the value from the nearest non-empty cell above into empty cells before adding the specified letters or text.
Backward Fill: Copy the value from the nearest non-empty cell below into empty cells before adding the specified letters or text.
-: Fill empty cells with a letter "-".
0: Fill empty cells with a letter "0".
Custom: Allows for a custom value or text to be inserted into empty cells prior to adding the specified letters.
Result Destination
Specify the starting cell where the results will be placed.
