The Merge Files function is a feature that allows you to combine two or more files(unlimited) into a single file.

Requirements

Data

  • Data Input: Drag and drop the files you want to merge.

  • Merge Pattern

    • One Sheet: Merges all files into a single sheet.

    • Separated Sheets: Keeps each file's data on different sheets in one workbook.

  • Merge Direction (Only for One Sheet)

    • Vertical: Stacks the data from each file on top of the last.

    • Horizontal: Places the data from each file next to the last.

Result Destination

  • CSV File: Merges files into a CSV.

  • Excel File: Keeps the merged file in Excel format.

  • Specify Start Cell: Choose where in the sheet your merged data begins.

  • New Sheet: Output each file to be merged as a new sheet in the currently open Excel file.

Limitation

  • File Size: Depends on your subscription.

    • Free account: 5MB

    • Standard: 100MB

    • Premium: 500MB

  • File Types Supported: Currently, the function only supports files with the .xlsx, .xls, and .csv extensions.
